As my loyal clients for the past 10 years, I am writing to tell you that I am closing up business at my home studio in Morton Grove. My husband has accepted a new job in Bellingham, Washington and we will be relocating our family there. As you can imagine, our lives are about to get very crazy as we prepare for and execute this major event!
I wanted to give the names of some talented local photographers who are friends of mine and who I know will do a great job taking care of your future portrait needs. Take a look at their websites and give them a call!
Diane Hamilton’s studio is located on Green Bay Road in Wilmette. Diane’s work has a bright fresh style and she does a great job of making sessions really fun for families and kids. She can be reached at (847) 853-0675.
Karen Rodgers works out of her home studio in Deerfield. Karen has been a personal mentor of mine for many years. Her work is timeless and elegant. She can be reached at (847) 945-0497.
David Sutton’s studio is located on Church Street right on the border of Skokie and Evanston. David specializes in working with animals and at documenting people’s relationships with their pets. He can be reached at (847) 679-8090.
I will still be involved with photography education regardless of my location. I will still be teaching the my beginners studio lighting workshop online and will still be offering private mentoring via phone and Skype. I have a separate mailing listing specifically for photography education and if you would like to hear about upcoming events you can sign up for that list HERE .
Thank you so much for choosing me for your portrait needs. I feel blessed to have worked with you. Please stay in touch!
P.S. Here is a view from the back deck of our new house in Washington. It was taken with my point-and-shoot so forgive the flaws, but if you look between the trees you can see a little sliver of the bay. We are hoping this will be a peaceful and relaxing change for us!
